Formed in 2008, InterCulture Foundation’s mission is to create bridges joining cultures, communities and people, to foster understanding, compassion, and collaboration through education, health, career opportunities, and the arts.

The projects we direct and sponsor look to create new “between” spaces in which people of different life experiences and perspectives can engage each other and build together.

Our involvement has spanned the globe from tribal reservations in Montana, to inner city schools in California, to villages in India denying girls an education, to people in Eastern Europe seeking to rise up after the departure of the Soviet Union.

In 2015 we expanded our impact by supporting projects which furthered our mission by acting in the role of fiscal sponsor to a growing number of projects, including:

  • Project Empowerment
  • Baltimore Housing Project
  • The Thracian Genealogical Project
  • Aa Nii Language Preservation Project
  • Bulgarian Entrepreneurship Center
  • The Cowboy Pages Podcast
  • Odd Salon
  • The Town Project (COVID Safety Awareness)
  • The Consent Framework
  • The Night’s Watch (anti-drink spiking education)
  • Create The Space
